Sirma obtained a Master's degree on European Politics and Administration at the College
of Europe,
Bruges with a special focus on European internal and foreign policy-making.
Her previous experience in leading higher education and training centres gave her the
necessary
professionalism and expertise in the EU education and research policies. Her
professional experience
in the Bulgarian public sector provided her with a sound understanding of EU Structural
Funds
Programmes.

Angel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Economics from the University of Dundee
and a Master’s in
European Studies from KU Leuven. His previous experience in the setting-up and
management of projects
funded through the European Structural and Investment Funds has provided him with the
necessary
knowledge and skills for the successful management of international projects.

Natali has a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business, Energy and Finance from CIBS
London and a
Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from UNWE - Sofia, Bulgaria. She
has
Sustainability Fellowship with the Sendzimir Foundation and a specialization in Product
Management
and Innovation gained in Vienna University of Economics and Business. Natali has worked
in a
variety of environments, including top FMCG companies (Beiersdorf AG, Henkel), research
centre
focusing on sustainable mobility and Accelerator London - Tech City-based start-up
business
incubator. Her diverse work experience, including EU projects-related, provided her with
a solid
basis for the setting up and management of collaborative projects in the fields of
sustainable
development, environment and climate change and digital innovation.

Polina holds a Bachelor degree in European Studies and a Master degree in Management
Information Systems
from Sofia University, Bulgaria. Her previous experience in tender and project
submission gave her a profound
view on the procedures and instruments for the successful setting up and implementation
of projects, funded
by the European funds and other donors. She has implemented tenders for information and
dissemination
campaigns for different institutions and she has participated as an administrative
expert in a number of CBC
and Erasmus + projects. She has expertise in fundraising for both non-profit and
for-profit organisations.

Rumiana is graduated PhD of Sociology from University of Nantes (France). Rumiana Michonova is an senior
consultant into the field of Circular Economy, management of innovation (technical and social innovation),
and socio-economic impacts of digital transition.
Her professional experience as academic researcher and lector is coupled with a strong experience in
Technology and Knowledge Transfer and Intellectual Property Rights. She supported the setting up of
several spin off. Rumiana has more than 15 years` experience in preparation and evaluation of scientific
projects.

Maya Guevska earned a Master’s degree in European Projects and a Bachelor’s degree in
Social Work from
Sofia University, Bulgaria and studied in Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic
under the Erasmus
program. Maya has unique experiences in both the public and nonprofit sectors in project
management and
proposal writing. She has worked in the European programmes and projects Departments of
two Bulgarian
municipalities and as a Senior expert on coordination of territorial cooperation
projects related to
regional economic and social development and integration processes (in fields including
social
entrepreneurship, energy efficiency, sustainable urban development, culture and social
services)
under INTERREG programmes, FP7, Horizon 2020 and EEA Grants. She is the founder and a
current member
of a small nonprofit organization in Bulgaria and has experience in the nonprofit sector
with multiple
international private and public donors in Europe and the U.S. (Atlas Corps fellowship
under U.S. Department of State).
