Ana (F) is a Research and Innovation Communication and Exploitation Manager in Europroject – Tinexta Innovation Hub.

She is a senior strategic communication professional with 25+ years of experience in diplomatic, multinational and innovation-driven environments, with proven expertise in corporate and institutional communications, strategic messaging, public affairs, brand positioning and high-level stakeholder engagement. Skilled at building trusted relationships across government, business, academia, NGOs and international partners, while navigating complex multicultural and cross-competency contexts. In the EU innovation ecosystem, she leads the crafting of communication strategies, public engagement and market uptake initiatives, and cross-functional coordination in highly visible settings. Combines diplomatic judgment, strategic storytelling and sustainability-focused content marketing, with a strong ability to build trust and credibility with diverse audience groups.

Her most recent portfolio of research and innovation projects funded through Horizon Europe program spans a variety of domains: from biobased fertilizers (Lex4Bio), surface nanosafety and advanced materials (RELIANCE) to new approaches to underwater technologies for cost effective ocean observation (NAUTILOS) to blockchain seafood tracebaility (SEA2SEE) and natural lakes protection and restoration (EUROLakes).

Ana holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Biotechnology and a Master’s degree in Linguistics (in English), having specialized in Intercultural Communication and Sociolinguistics, both from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She holds a certified diploma in Digital Marketing from SoftUni Digital as well as a qualification certificate in AI Prompt Engineering and Tools from SoftUni.
