Angel co-leads the consultancy team and is EP’s Client Relations Manager.

A senior consultant, he has extensive experience in the development of collaborative EU R&I projects under Horizon Europe, LIFE and Erasmus+, in various fields incl. sustainability, energy, innovation ecosystems, education, urbanism and health.

He has led or supported the successful setting-up of multiple projects, incl. HEU EUROLAKES, REFOREST and NAUTILOS, LIFE Low2High and E+ SCORE, among others.

He has a Bachelor’s degree in Politics and Economics (University of Dundee, UK), a Master’s degree in European Politics (KU Leuven, Belgium), and specializations in project management, innovation ecosystems, and business management fundamentals.
