Lazarina (F) is a Projects and Communications Manager at Europroject, with experience managing complex EU-funded projects under Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020 and LIFE. She supports projects throughout their lifecycle, from planning and implementation to monitoring, reporting and closure, with a focus on project governance, work plan coordination, consortium management, budget monitoring, risk management, deliverables, milestones and compliance with European Commission requirements.

She also leads Communication and Dissemination activities and Work Packages, developing communication strategies and coordinating project websites, social media campaigns, newsletters, promotional materials, videos and international events. Her experience spans sustainable energy and energy transition, marine and environmental research, biotechnology, fisheries and sustainable food systems. She works with multidisciplinary international consortia across Europe and Sub-Saharan Africa and contributes to stakeholder engagement, cross-project synergies and proposal development.

Her portfolio of projects includes SWARM-E, Low2HighDH, SEA2SEE, NAUTILOS and LEX4BIO. Before joining Europroject, Lazarina worked for over nine years as a Project Manager at Oikocredit.

She holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from UNWE, Sofia.
