Polina (F) is a Senor Consultant and HR Manager in Europroject.

She has been in Europroject since 2018 working under Horizon Europe, H2020 and Erasmus+ project setting-up and managment. She has more than 15 years’ experience in co-designing projects under different EU and private donor funding programmes in the field of education, energy efficiency and renewable energy, societal challenges and behavioural change, accessibility, built environment, sustainable materials. She has worked in various environments – academic, non-profit, consultancy. Among her successful projects are the Erasmus+ ENTRenew, desinging a course for the mater programmes in Entrepreneurship in Renewable Energy; nZEBRA, esigning climate-neutral buildings through interdisciplinary education; HE Nutrimind.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in European Studies and a master’s degree in Management Information Systems from Sofia University ‘St. Kliment Ohridski, Bulgaria.
