The 11th of November 2020, the Italian group TINEXTA alongside its Warrant Hub S.p.A company (CEO Fiorenzo Bellelli) has proceeded to the acquisition of the company Euroquality SAS and its sister company Europroject OOD located in Sofia (Bulgaria). These companies created by Marc Ponsar in 1997 and 2005 respectively are specialised in supporting clients to unlock EU innovation funds and in the setting-up and management of innovative European projects. In 2020, they have obtained funding for twelve EU projects and 3 projects have been selected at phase 2.
Euroquality and Europroject contribute to the valorisation of technological and methodological innovation together with organisations active in R&D (SMEs, industrials, research centres), thus allowing its clients to position themselves as leaders or partners within innovative collaborative projects.
Euroquality and Europroject’s teams have specific knowledge and competences in the fields of environment, climate change, energy, health, biotech, agriculture, security and social sciences.
This acquisition is set within TINEXTA group’s geographical expansion process, giving priority to countries such as France where the entrepreneurship environment and the legislative framework are comparable to the Italian market.
Prognostically the two companies have achieved an estimated turnover of 2.3 million EUR and an EBITDA of 0.6 million EUR in 2020.
